Terms of Use

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using ACED at aced.to ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. The Platform is operated by NUBEGINNINGS INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED("we", "us", "our"). If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Platform. By using ACED, you represent that you meet this requirement. Users under 18 may use the Platform only with verifiable parental or guardian consent.

3. Account Registration

Access requires signing in via Google OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account. We do not store passwords. You may not share your account or use another person's account without permission.

4. Credits and Payments

• Credits are purchased in advance and consumed when you request a generated resume.
• Current pricing: ₹99 for 1 credit, ₹249 for 5 credits.
• Credits are non-transferable and have no cash value.
• Prices may change with 7 days' notice to registered users.
• All payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not store card or banking details.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload resumes belonging to others without their explicit consent.
• Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to access the Platform.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer the scoring or generation algorithms.
• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable Indian law.
• Misrepresent your identity or submit false information.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this Platform — including the scoring methodology, generated resume templates, UI design, and brand assets — is the property of NUBEGINNINGS INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED and protected under the Copyright Act, 1957. You retain ownership of your original resume content. We claim no rights over your personal data.

Generated resumes produced using your credits are licensed to you for personal use. You may not resell or sublicense them.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

ACED is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that use of the Platform will result in job interviews, shortlisting, or employment. Resume scores and generated content are AI-assisted outputs and should be reviewed by you before use.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under Indian law, NUBEGINNINGS INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for credits in the 30 days preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Unused credits will be refunded on a pro-rata basis in the event of termination initiated by us without cause. You may delete your account at any time from your dashboard.

10. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of this Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi, India. We encourage you to contact us at nu.acedit@gmail.com before initiating any legal proceedings.

11. Changes to These Terms

We will notify registered users by email of material changes at least 7 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
