Refund Policy

1. Nature of the Product

ACED sells credits that are consumed to generate AI-engineered resumes — a digital service delivered instantly upon request. Under the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 and general principles applicable to digital goods, credits are non-refundable once consumed.

2. Unused Credits

Credits that have not yet been used to generate a resume may be refunded within 7 days of purchase, provided:

• You have not initiated any resume generation using those credits.
• The refund request is submitted to feelfreewithnu@gmail.com with your registered email and Razorpay order ID.

3. Refunds for Technical Failures

If a credit is deducted but the resume generation fails due to a technical error on our end (e.g., server error, generation timeout with no output delivered), we will:

• Automatically restore the credit to your account within 24 hours, or
• Issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days if the credit cannot be restored.

To report a technical failure, email feelfreewithnu@gmail.com with your upload ID and a description of the issue within 48 hours of the failed generation.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

• Credits already used to successfully generate a resume, regardless of satisfaction with the output.
• Requests made more than 7 days after purchase (for unused credits).
• Account suspension or termination due to violation of our Terms of Use.
• Change of mind after a generation is delivered.

Approved refunds are processed via Razorpay back to your original payment method. Processing time is typically 5–7 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.

7. Governing Law

This policy is governed by the laws of India, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and the Information Technology Act, 2000. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi, India.
